Master Mariner with over 16 years professional maritime experience both Yachting and Commercial. Since 2020 Senior Maritime Instructor specialising in creating, updating and delivering wide range of maritime training programs
including MOY offshore, MOY unlimited, Radar/ Apra, OOW 3000 GT, GMDSS GOC, RIB Master, Superyacht Deckhand and more.

Marketing Consultant

Vanya Chubatarova

Vanya is former Chief Stewardess and currently marketing professional working exclusively in the superyacht industry. Her company Superyacht Bay has over 500 personal recommendations in LinkedIn and is well know among the
superyacht crew.

Nikolay Bezdhev

Captain Bezdhev is currently working as Marine Pilot in the port of Varna as well as Naval Academy lecturer, he is founder and manager of company developing maritime software including Virtual Reality Bridge simulator approved by DNV. He have worked as Captain on a large charter yacht and is well known professional in the Bulgarian maritime community.

Ivo Sabev

Ivo is Superyacht Professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. He have great passion for the job and is dedicated to assist junior crew members in their development. Ivo is creator and administrator of Yacht Master 's Safety society group in Facebook that keep growing in publicity and affects various aspects of the maritime safety.

Tetiana Momchilova

Tetiana is Chief Stewardess with over 10 years in the yachting industry. Working on different sizes charter and private yachts made her confident in each aspect of the superyacht interior management and her new challenge as Interior Instructor give her opportunity to pass this experience to people eager to develop a career in the superyacht industry.

Valentina has graduated Business economics, University of economics Varna and worked as manager in various retail stores including as Shop Manager in
luxury cruise line. She has also worked as Office Manager and PA. She has great people and organisation skills and is committed in delivering professional service.
