Course Overview: The Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat (FRB) Course at the newly opened Gulf Stream Superyacht Academy is a specialized training program designed to provide maritime professionals with the essential skills and knowledge required for the operation and handling of fast rescue boats in emergency situations. This course meets international maritime standards and prepares participants to respond effectively to maritime emergencies.
Course Duration: The course spans over three days, combining intensive theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on training. Classes run from 9 AM to 5 PM each day, with a mix of classroom sessions and practical exercises on the water.

Practical Training: The practical component of the course is conducted on the academy’s state-of-the-art training vessels and at the nearby marina. Participants will gain hands-on experience in launching and recovering fast rescue boats, performing SAR operations, and handling emergency situations.
Certifications: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive the Gulf Stream Superyacht Academy Certificate of Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat. This certification is recognized internationally and complies with the Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) requirements.
