Course Overview: The Medical First Aid Course at the newly opened Gulf Stream Superyacht Academy is an essential training program designed for individuals seeking to enhance their medical emergency response skills on board luxury yachts. This course provides comprehensive training in first aid techniques and medical procedures crucial for ensuring the health and safety of crew members and guests at sea.
Course Duration: The course spans over four days, with intensive sessions from 9 AM to 5 PM. Additional evening practical sessions and assessments are included to ensure thorough understanding and competence.

Practical Training: The course includes hands-on training sessions, allowing students to practice first aid techniques in realistic scenarios on a state-of-the-art training yacht docked at the academy’s marina. Practical assessments ensure students can confidently apply their skills in real-life situations.
Certifications: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive the Gulf Stream Superyacht Academy Medical First Aid Certificate, recognized by the yachting industry. Additional certifications may include the STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) Medical First Aid Certificate.
